ORDER & SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders above 150 euro.

When will I receive my order?

Once you place your order we will take care of your order within 24 hours. All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Malmö Sweden.

Estimated delivery times:

Sweden 1-3 days working days

EU countries 3-7 working days

While slight variations may occur, our goal is to deliver all packages within two weeks from the order placement.

Following the dispatch of your package, you will receive an email containing details about your shipment along with a tracking link. 

Whats my order status?

To lookup the status of your order, click here. All orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday). If you need further assistance, please fill in the form down below and send us an email.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation of your order may be subject to its current status. For swift assistance, we recommend contacting us through our live chat or by sending us an email through the Contact us form below. If cancellation is not feasible, we can guide you through our straightforward returns process.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

After your order is finalized, it promptly enters the processing stage and is swiftly forwarded to the warehouse for shipping. Unfortunately, no modifications can be made during this stage to ensure the fastest delivery. If you wish to add more items, kindly initiate a new order on the website. Keep in mind, shipping is free above 150 euro!

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Please use the Contact us form down below. Otherwise, you can return or exchange your item once it arrives. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Our shipping partners are DHL, UPS, Deutsche Post and others.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Our commitment is to ensure our products meet your expectations. If you need to return an item or order, we are here to assist. What does it cost to return a product?

You can always make a return within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note that you are responsible for the payment of the return and the condition of all products after you have received them from us.

What responsibility do I have for the condition of the returned items?

To ensure a smooth return experience, please note the following guidelines:

All items are in unused condition, with garment tags attached, and in their original packaging upon receipt. Please make sure not to remove until you are certain about your satisfaction with the product.

Sellable Condition: We kindly request that all returned products are in unused and sellable condition. This means the product should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Please handle the product with care and keep it in its original packaging including hang tags when possible.

I have received a faulty product. What to do?

Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within one year from purchase. Please note that products that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable time after discovering it. What materials do you use?

Our sportswear is crafted in Portugal, and we maintain strict criteria when choosing our suppliers and superior quality of the fabric. Choosing durable and timeless materials is crucial for prolonged product use. We chose materials like Polyamide and Tencel™ Lyocell to enhance durability and provide long lasting quality products. How is your sizing?

Our sizing is standard, so we suggest selecting your regular size. If you find yourself between sizes, we advise sizing down rather than up. The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock product.

What is your nature based anti odour treatments?

All APRÍtech™ and APRÍshield™ sportswear are treated with a nature based and heavy metal free, anti odour textile layer. This is a new innovated plant based anti odour technology that reduces wear and tear from frequent washing and keeps the product odorless, fresh and longevity. What is APRÍtech™?

All APRÍtech™ sportswear products are treated with a plant based, long lasting odour control capability, made by mint-oil powered by HeiQ Mint. This is a new innovated biobased anti odour technology that reduces wear and tear from frequent washing. Free from heavy metals and is harmless for your body and leaving minimum environmental footprint.

What is APRÍshield™?

All APRÍshield™ sportswear plant based anti odour textile finish powered by NordShield®. This is a sustainable, heavy metal free, nature inspired, non-biocidal odour capturing technology that keeps the garment odorless, fresh and long lasting.

How do I take care of my APRÍ garments?

Wash less and only wash when needed. Please follow our wash and care instructions;

  • Air the garment instead of washing
  • Wash at max 30°C in machine
  • Wash inside and out
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Air dry instead of tumble dry
  • Do not use detergent that contains bleach
  • Do not iron
  • Do not dry clean
