You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that you are accountable for the return shipping costs and ensuring the items are in their original condition upon receipt.
In the EU we always offer one free exchange of size.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below.
- Email us at hello@aprisportswear.com and include
- Order number
- Return or Exchange
- Name and address
- Reason for your return or exchange (wrong size, wrong item etc)
- We approve your reasons for your claim, and send you the return label.
- Go to your nearest DHL Service Point, they are located in over 1,500 locations
- All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our quality control team is unhappy with the condition of a returned item (eg if labels have been removed or if there are signs of wear) and we are unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and may therefore have to send the item back to you.
- We refund your purchase.

Reclaims
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within one year from purchase. Please note that items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable time after discovering it. A claim made within two months of discovery is considered a reasonable amount of time.
